Nutritional Coaching - 6 Weeks
This service is available for Men & Women of all experience levels. This is for people who would like to handle their own weight-training programing but would like for me to take care of your nutritional needs to meet their goals. The duration of this program is 6 Weeks.
- I will develop a nutritional approach (IIFYM) based of your habits and will provide a sample meal plan for you to follow that will help you reach your fat-loss or muscle-gain goals.
- After purchasing, I will reach out to you with a questionnaire to better get an idea of your experience level, current body composition and a clear vision of what your goals are.This service also includes email updates/check-ins every other week, where you will update me with your progress (and feedback), and I will alter your meal plan (if needed) in order to ensure progression.
