All Sales Are Final
When you purchase a coaching package with DNav Fitness, you receive your complete, personalized training program and nutrition protocol upfront — this is custom intellectual property built specifically for you, delivered in full at the start of your coaching period, not doled out piece by piece over time.
Because of that, all sales are final and non-refundable once your program has been delivered.
This isn’t a decision we take lightly — it reflects the level of commitment coaching actually requires, on both sides. We put in real work building your program before you ever open it, and we ask that you come in ready to fully commit to the process too.

Monthly Payment Plans
If you choose to pay for a 3, 6 or 12-month package monthly, you are committing to the full package. All scheduled payments are due even if you stop using your coaching early, and no payment is refundable.
Month-to-Month Coaching
You can cancel Month-to-Month coaching anytime before your next billing date. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded.
