What is
online Fitness Coaching?

What is Online Coaching and how does it work?
I will set you up with a training & nutritional plan based on your goals. Each week you will email me your updated spreadsheet (which I provide) with the following data input into it: weigh-ins, measurements, progress pictures, macronutrient intake, workout & cardio sessions completed during that week. Depending on your rate of progress, I will make appropriate adjustments to your nutrition, training or cardio regimen.

Furthermore, you will provide me with any observations or relevant information pertaining to the week, such as: stress-levels, nutritional adherence, sleep quality & anything you feel that can be impacting your fitness goals.

Beyond weekly updates, I encourage clients to feel free to contact me anytime with any questions or observations that may come up.

Why Online Coaching vs In-Person Coaching?
I recommend online coaching for people who want to learn and seek guidance on how to reach their goals. It is preferred that you have some resistance training background (3-6 months) and are familiar with a macronutrient-based approach (flexible dieting/IIFYM) for nutrition.

If you are someone that needs a trainer to push and motivate you through a workout, or teach you correct form, then in-person coaching would be ideal. Other than that, I feel that with Online Coaching, I can do just about everything the same as in-person.

If you are located in the SF Bay Area and seek in-person coaching, feel free to  contact me   and we can discuss that in further detail.

What is my objective as your coach?
My objectives as your coach are:
  • Help you reach your goals in the most effective & comfortable way possible

  • Teach you to become self-sufficient (be able to  coach yourself). My aim is for you to learn and eventually take driver’s seat when you feel ready for it.
