20 Weeks of Online Coaching
For 20 weeks I will provide you with a customized training & nutrition plan; tailored to best suit your goals (gain muscle or lose body fat).
I do not have a preferred method for setting up your nutritional goals (low fat, high fat, low carbs, high carbs & so forth). I will tailor your nutrition to best suit your current nutritional preference in order to best ensure long-term adherence. Each person is different, so there is no ‘cookie cutter’ approach with regards to this.
I do require weekly updates/check-ins in order to assess how progress is going, but do feel free to contact me whenever you may have a question or concern.

- Fully individualized training program (weight training & cardio)
- Fully individualized nutritional set-up (Flexible Dieting/IIFYM) with a sample meal-plan (based on common and easily obtainable foods)
- Unlimited contact via email or text, I will provide you with my VIP email
(only my online clients have access to this email, that way I can reply to you ASAP)
- Weekly check-ins and adjustments made to your program as needed
- Excel spreadsheets to track your progress
As your coach, I expect that you follow my dietary recommendations and training suggestions in order for me to best provide my services to you and for your to best reach your goals.
I will have you tracking your macros (macronutrients) via any app or website that allows you to track your calories (i.e. Cronometer, FitGenie & etc). I prefer we follow a flexible dieting (IIFYM) approach, though you can always follow the sample meal-plan I provide, but it will get old quick. A flexible dieting approach will allow you to enjoy foods you like to eat and also helps with long-term nutritional adherence.
- Access to a gym (gym membership)
- Food Scale
- Body Weight Scale
- Tape Measure
- Calorie Tracking App (Cronometer/FatSecret/MyMacros & etc)
- You will be using the above tools daily
Once you have purchased the 20 weeks of coaching, I will email you a questionnaire which will help me with figuring out your macros, cardio routine and training split to best fit your goals and schedule. I will do my absolute best to get you the results you want in the most efficient and comfortable way possible (no crash dieting)

After the 20 weeks of coaching, if you wish you can continue being coach by me on a month-month basis. All you have to do is come back to the website and select the “Additional 4 Weeks of Coaching” page and make your payment ($85/4 weeks). After you’ve made your payment simply email me via the VIP email i provided you to give me a heads up :)
